“The law was written so specifically that it outlawed that particular substance that was being sprayed on the plant material. So what people are saying now who want to continue selling something similar is that if we take that same substance and don’t use that spray that’s been outlawed, but spray something else different on it, now they have a legal product to sell,” Hayden said.

Hayden said that officers will do their best to enforce this law, but it’s not going to be easy. She said they’ll likely only investigate a violation of the law if they get a complaint about someone using or selling K2.

I didn’t think the wet-dream speech went like “..when the people of the Nation are judged not  by the color of their skin but how much fucking money they make”.

On Wednesday, at the request of Attorney General Jim Hood, Barbour added to the agenda a proposal to outlaw herbal incense, commonly called Spice, because it creates a marijuana-like high.

In a news release, Barbour said, “Several Mississippi communities have attempted to stop the sale of this drug. However, our law enforcement needs a comprehensive law to address this issue. Spice is no different than marijuana and should be treated as every other controlled substance under our laws.”
